Priced at $15,000 per week this is a very competitive sale price and no other estate villas available at this prime UK and North America school summer holiday time (mid July). Contract goes to 2062 so a great long term investment. 2023 Maintenance fees were $1253.31 plus VAT per week. This is a Sunday to Sunday contract but you can change weeks with the resort. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and resort. I have loads of other photos/videos, let me know if you want to see them !
